We cater for a variety of events including corporate lunches, staff appreciation events, private parties, training days, holiday gatherings, and more!

• We request that you finalize your order one week seven (7) business days before your event so that our staff can best service you and your guests. 
• To secure your event date, menu and pricing, all finalized catering orders require a 50% deposit of the order total.
• For large events or custom menus, we appreciate more notice whenever possible.
• There are times when our schedule will allow us to accept new orders with 72-hours notice, however, this is not guaranteed.  
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than seven (7) business days prior to the event. Please see our Cancellation policy for more details. 

With every standard delivery, we include:

• metal racks & aluminum pans
• canned heat (Sterno)
• serving utensils (black plastic)
• plates (10” black plastic)
• silverware kits (heavy duty black plastic fork, spoon, knife, napkin)
• napkins
• cups (12oz. clear plastic) – if beverages are ordered
• lemons & sweeteners – if beverages are ordered
• ice – if beverages are ordered

Yes! We offer individually packaged meals for safety, convenience, or on-the-go events for an additional upcharge.

We offer a variety of menu options and customizable food bars so you can build the perfect meal for your group’s preferences and dietary needs. 

If you are interested in customized options that are not on our menu, please speak with our team to check what menu accommodations we could provide. 

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free. Please mention any restrictions when placing your order with our team.

Yes! We deliver throughout Seneca, SC and the surrounding areas. Delivery fee is based on mileage and order size.

Yes, our minimum order starts at 12 guests.

We accept payment via credit/debit card or business check. An invoice with a payment link will be sent via email to finalize your order and lock-in your event date, menu and pricing.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while protecting our ability to provide high-quality service. Please review our cancellation policy below:

 1. Cancellation Notice

• This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or by phone call with one of our team members.
• An order may be cancelled, with full deposit refund, seven (7) or more full business days prior to an event. 
• Please note: Specialty food items are non-refundable.

2. Late Cancellation

• Cancellation of orders made less than three (3) full business days prior to the event, will forfeit the pre-paid deposit (50% of the order total).
• Cancellation of services made less than two (2) full business day of the event will be charged 100% of the order total, to cover food preparation and staffing costs.

3. Rescheduling

• We understand emergencies happen. Rescheduling may be possible based on availability. Deposits may be applied to the new date if notice is given at least seven (7) business days in advance.

4. Event Changes

• Changes to guest count and/or menu selections must be communicated at least seven (7) business days prior to the event. Changes will affect pricing and could impact menu availability.
