Frequently Asked Questions

We cater for a wide variety of events including corporate lunches, medical office meals, staff appreciation events, private parties, training days, holiday gatherings, and more!


We recommend placing your order at least 48–72 hours in advance. For large events or custom menus, we appreciate more notice whenever possible.


All orders include delivery, setup, serving utensils, paper products, disposable chafing dishes, and even ice for drinks (if needed). We aim to make your catering experience completely stress-free.


Yes! We offer individually packaged meals for safety, convenience, or on-the-go events—just let us know during booking.


Absolutely. We offer flexible options and customizable food bars so you can build the perfect meal for your group’s preferences and dietary needs.


Yes, we’re happy to accommodate dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. Just mention any restrictions when placing your order.


Yes! We deliver throughout Seneca, SC and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance and size of the order.


Yes, our minimum order typically starts at 15  guests, but we’re happy to work with you depending on the request and location.


We accept payment via credit/debit card or business check. An invoice with a payment link will be sent via email 24–48 hours before your event.


  We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while protecting our ability to provide high-quality service. Please review our cancellation policy below:


1. Cancellation Notice

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or phone call.
  • Notice must be given at least 7 business daysprior to the scheduled event for a full refund of any deposit.

2. Deposits

  • All catering events require a deposit to secure your date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 7 business days prior to the event.

3. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 3–6 business days of the event will forfeit 50% of the total estimated order.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the event will be charged 100% of the total order to cover food preparation and staffing costs.

4. Rescheduling

  • We understand emergencies happen! Rescheduling may be possible based on availability. Deposits may be applied to the new date if notice is given at least 3 business days in advance.

5. Event Changes

  • Changes to guest count or menu selections must be communicated at least 3 business days prior to the event. Changes may affect pricing and availability.


Yes! We occasionally offer tasting events and are happy to discuss private tastings for larger or recurring clients.
